Delivery Timelines

Lucian Matis prides itself in our quality. Your purchase is typically cut and sewn to order and will be delivered in 2-3 weeks depending on fabric and trim availability. 

You will be contacted with the estimated delivery date after you place your order if it differs from the standard.

Refund Policy

Returns

You may return any item (sale items excluded) from Lucian Matis within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, tags and packaging included. We are unable to accept returns of any used or otherwise altered items and will be unable to issue a refund. All sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once the return has been checked approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We pride ourselves in our quality and will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at website@lucianmatis.com and send your item to:

Once your exchange is approved, you'll be notified via email of the new delivery date.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any custom or import duties you may be required to pay once your items are delivered are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
